That’s why we created the Peer Recovery Coach Blueprint—a structured, skill-based training designed to equip peer support specialists with clarity, confidence, and real-world tools to thrive.
This training is built on our founder’s 20+ years of lived recovery experience and aligns with California’s Certified Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist (CMPSS) standards. With this unique foundation, peer support specialists gain the skills, confidence, and framework to support recovery effectively—while strengthening professionalism, retention, and impact.
