Recovery Skills & Leadership Training strengthens recovery, workforce readiness, and peer leadership. Through our THRIVE cohort model, we provide structured training and mentorship for mothers in recovery—offering practical tools, leadership development, and pathways toward employment and reunification.
Our courses are open statewide and tailored to peer professionals. Over the Influence Recovery is CalMHSA-approved to provide Continuing Education (CE) hours for California’s Certified Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialists (CMPSS).
