We’re excited to share that Over the Influence Recovery is now officially a CalMHSA-approved continuing education provider for Certified Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialists (CMPSS)! Building on our foundation in peer coaching, we’re expanding to offer dynamic, skills-focused training for peers working in the field.

Courses Offered

Digital Literacy 101 for Peers and Individuals in Recovery

This one-hour training introduces foundational digital literacy skills tailored to the needs of peer support specialists and individuals in recovery. Participants will learn how to organize digital files, navigate internet browsers, utilize free productivity tools (such as Google Calendar and Google Drive), and recognize common online scams. The course focuses on practical, real-world applications to increase digital confidence in both personal and professional settings.

  • Cohort Size: Max 12 participants
