Over The Influence Recovery is launching our 2025 T.H.R.I.V.E. Campaign to raise $60,000 to support a new cohort of 8 women in our 6-month recovery and empowerment journey. Through peer mentorship, wellness coaching, and radical self-love, these women are healing from substance use and rebuilding their lives.

OTI recovery means more to me than I would have ever thought it would. When I first joined OTI, I was just a lost, single mom looking for help with addictions that I felt I could never get under control. At first, coming into OTI was nerve wrecking to me because I was so lonely that joining any sort of group or community just didn’t suit right with me, on top of having social anxiety. Yet, I knew it was something I needed.

I’ve been in OTI for 5 months and it has made a huge difference in my life. After 17 inpatients and countless outpatients, I never felt like my life was going to feel full. But with OTI, I started feeling like I had worth, a support network, and someone who knew exactly where I had come from. I’m very grateful.

Since being in OTI for 6 months now, I’ve learned so much about how to have hope, take care of myself, take care of my daughter, LIVE and most importantly to just be surrounded by a support system and a family. A Word from Our Founder
"I founded Over The Influence Recovery after 20 years of living an amazing drug-free life.
I became addicted to drugs at 14 and struggled in severe substance use until I was 27. At the time, I was a mother of two young children — just 4 and 8 years old — and I knew they needed me more than ever. They gave me the strength to fight for my freedom and stay clean.
Today, my passion is helping other women break free from the same bondage I once knew — so they can become the mothers they long to be."
